- Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Late Check-Outs (11 AM): $25.00
- Late check-outs are not always guaranteed, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible
Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our team is instructed to follow these policies and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
- If the guest cancels 14 days in advance or more, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, 0% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: info@muddycreekminingcompany.com or call 877-711-3857.
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Cabin Policies
Reservation Policy:
- Your reservation is guaranteed after we have received your Pre-Payment Deposit. We will hold your room indefinitely as we know travelers may arrive late at night.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
- You must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin.
Smoking
All cabins are strictly non-smoking, including porches and decks. Evidence of smoking (including tobacco, vaping, or marijuana) will result in a cleaning and damage fee of up to $250 and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. We follow all local health and safety regulations regarding smoking in public accommodations.
Damages and Responsibilities
We ask all guests to treat the cabin and its furnishings with care. You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay.
If any damage or malfunction occurs during your stay, please notify staff immediately so we can address it promptly. A walk-through inspection is conducted after each check-out, and additional charges may apply for issues beyond normal wear and tear.
If damages are found after check-out, you will receive a summary and invoice via email outlining the repair or replacement costs, which will be charged to the payment method on file.
Noise and Neighbor Courtesy
Out of respect for other guests and the surrounding community, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, parties, or any disruptive behavior during this time.
Violations—including excessive noise, smoking, unauthorized pets, or exceeding the maximum number of guests—may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Pet Etiquette and Guidelines for our cabins
Pet Fee: A pet fee is required. Pet fees are charged per night, not per pet. This fee helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets are allowed per cabin unless otherwise approved.
Behavior Expectations
Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the cabin unless crated. Pets left unattended may become distressed and cause damage or disturbances.
Quiet Enjoyment: Please ensure your pet does not disturb other guests. Persistent barking or other disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or early departure without a refund.
Outdoor Conduct: Keep pets leashed when outside, and always supervise them.
Clean-Up Responsibilities
Waste Management: Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated outdoor bins. Waste bags are available on-site.
Accidents Indoors: Clean up accidents promptly. Notify management of any stains or damages for proper care.
Safety and Health
Vaccinations & Flea Control: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas or other parasites.
Restricted Breeds: We welcome all well-behaved pets. However, guests are responsible for ensuring their pets comply with local breed restrictions or laws.
Damages and Fees
Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. This includes chewing, scratching, or staining furniture, walls, or floors.
Safety Deposit: In some cases, a refundable deposit may be required for pet stays.
By bringing your pet, you agree to these guidelines and take full responsibility for your pet's behavior. Our goal is to create a welcoming space for all our guests, including those with and without pets. Thank you for helping us maintain a pet-friendly environment!
